Consulting Service is looking for a committed, experience, long
term B2B Sales Professionals. You will work with a team of people
focused on your success in selling a full array of information
technology solutions and systems.
Market Outlook:
Even in these tough economic times the marketplace is buying our solutions.
Sales have increased dramatically the last six weeks. As time
goes on there is an inevitable need to replace old aging systems
as they decay beyond usability. Capital expenditures that had
been put off are now being re-evaluated and used. We have a remarkable
new technology launching at year end. The forecast is bright!
Competition:
The majority of our competition is far behind us. iDEAL has four
main products/services. Among those, our clients are at the innovators
stage for one, the early adaptors/early majority for another and
late majority/laggards for two. This means we cover the entire
buying and adaption rate of our clients. We have the right technology
to suit them today and next year.
Performance
expectations: $500,000 new business the first year, $1,000,000
the second year.
Compensation plan: Open to discussion. Write your own ticket.
We provide
each sales professional a database of information and Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system from which to prospect for
new and incremental opportunities with both potential and current
customers. You will use our proven marketing programs that are
managed by our support staff.
Typical steps
to a successful sales cycle include:
1. Appointment Presentation: Set the initial meeting at customer
location
2. Needs Analysis: Conduct an interview at the customers site
to gain an understanding of their specific needs.
3. Solutions Presentation: according to needs
4. Ensure customer satisfaction
5. Follow up and present new solutions as they become available

Territory- Unlimited with a focus on Arizona
Responsibilities:
• Call on (CEO/CFO) senior level executives and achieve
new account penetration into SMB organizations (1–5000 employee
companies).
• Manage and prioritize opportunities with ability to apply
appropriate resources.
• Manage complex sales cycle from lead-to-close and cultivate
higher awareness of industry trends and competitive threats.
• Pre-planning sales calls to ensure quality customer contact
time.
• Maintaining efficient time management skills.
• Provide regular feedback about sales cycle, customer experience
and needs, and marketing programs through daily huddles and the
CRM system.
• Forecast accurately sales activity (using the CRM) and
consistently exceed quota and show professional growth.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive
products.
• Acquire product knowledge, understand ROI, Tax benefits
and deliver on line and in person presentations (with sales engineers
if needed).
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all respective customers.
• Maintain pro-active relationships with partners associated
with opportunities.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships
that meet core values and culture.
Requirements:
• Documented proof of higher than $95,000 per year earnings
• At least two (2) years of successful business-to-business
outside sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a
must
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• The commitment to locate and develop new target accounts
• Strong competitive spirit
• Knowledge of the Medical industry is a plus
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
• Knowledge of information technology is a great asset to
this position

Training program:
Learn to be a whale hunter. We take a consultation sales approach
and use a web based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
to track performance and keep us organized. Brief daily morning
meetings/training insures we stay on track and play at the top
of our game. We have a sales process that works, many marketing
tools, slicks, videos, mail, demo models, case studies, white
papers, web sites, sales engineers, a library of sales skill books
and training events. This foundation will provide you with the
tools and training needed to continually advance within the organization.

You will receive
direction and support from the CTO to successfully: market, source,
recruit, interview, screen, present, close, engage, retain and
redeploy qualified IT Engineering professionals, helpdesk and
technical support candidates for staffing opportunities
Requirements:
- Self starter
- Four years
IT recruitment experience in a diverse environment
- Experience
with a variety of sourcing vehicles (job boards, community groups,
traditional recruitment methods including networking)
- Proven
organizational, collaboration, strategic, creative thinking
and analytical skills
- Must be
self motivated, adaptable and have a positive, hard charger,
help oriented attitude
- Must have
excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Must be
able to and interested in working well independently
- Must have
multi tasking skills and execute tasks with a very strong sense
of urgency
- Must have
very good interpersonal skills - Superior verbal and written
communication skills are required
- Must have
strong knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster,
DICE, etc.)
